Bribie Island Anzac Day services 2015

April 20, 2015

Here’s your guide to Bribie Island’s Anzac Day services

ANZAC Day is on Saturday 25 April 2015 and is one of Australia’s most important national commemorative occasions. It marks the anniversary of the first major military action fought by Australian and New Zealand forces during the First World War. It’s a time of reflection, of thankfulness, of remembrance. It’s ANZAC Day.

There are a number of ANZAC Day services taking place around the Bribie Island region.

Lest we forget…

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun, and in the morning,
We will remember them.
