Bribie Island has been named as one of the best beaches in Queensland attracting 87,347 bathers in 2014.
Based on attendance figures gathered by Surf Life Saving Queensland volunteers during seasonal weekend patrols in 2014, Bribie Island in the Moreton Bay region has made it into the top ten.
Another Moreton Bay region beach – Redcliffe Peninsula – also made it into Queensland’s top 10 beaches, coming in at No. 8 with 93,002 fans.
